Before the session, Radcom works with the program sponsor to confirm workshop objectives and identify client-specific information needed to prepare the workshop. Workshop participants receive a workbook which will also serve as their company's "roadmap" through their Human Capital Program.
Radcom documents observations, issues, significant participant comments, and recommendations generated by the workshop and provides them to the program sponsor.
