The steps typically involved when engaging Radcom:
-
1. Initial contact and brief information gathering by both parties. A first meeting is scheduled with a firm agreement beforehand on what will be decided at the end of the first meeting.
-
2. During the first meeting we discuss the business problem that Radcom will solve. We generally gather information about the learners or audience, delivery methods, budget constraints and who needs to be part of the decision making process. At the end of the meeting we make a decision on the next steps.
-
3. Radcom will then work with you to develop the best strategy and approach for moving towards engagement. This differs for each company and department we work with. The procurement process can be difficult, but we will help you navigate through it as necessary.
What sets Radcom apart is the established relationship we have with our business partners. At any time during this process, either party can decide not to move forward. We don't like persistent salespeople either and work to make our engagements as comfortable as possible.
