As the Founder and Principal of Radcom, Bob advises on best practices and industry positioning. Bob previously served as Radcom’s President, and he currently also works with corporate sales and leadership teams as a certified trainer/coach.
Prior to starting Radcom in 1996 with his wife, Angie, Bob spent eight years in the instructional design and documentation field and has spent time as a technical writing and instructional design instructor at Cuyahoga Community College. He holds a wide array of coaching and training certifications, as well as strategic planning and leadership recognitions. He currently volunteers with the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Council of Smaller Enterprise (COSE) and the Knights of Columbus, among other organizations. Bob holds a B.A. in Professional, Technical, Business and Scientific Writing from Capital University.
