Radcom Consultants Help Documentation Department Meet Goals

When Philips Medical Systems needed instructional designers to write
documentation and create training programs, Radcom was able to help by sending consultants to work on-site at Philips’ location.

At Philips, Radcom consultants help the user documentation team meet their deadlines. Philips has used Radcom consultants to write user operating procedures, preventative maintenance procedures, reference material, and quick reference guides. In addition Radcom consultants to perform desktop publishing and implement basic graphic design in preparation for final delivery to the printer.

Radcom consultants develop online training modules for field service engineers and application specialists for the Customer Support group. The Quality and Regulatory group has used Radcom to prepare material for regulatory submissions.

“Working in a business with rapid development cycles, time to market is critical in achieving success” according to Dennis Verbiar, Senior Technical Writer at Philips Medical.

When deadlines are tight, Radcom consultants can quickly step in and help keep your projects moving. We employ a time-tested method for managing training and documentation projects, and our professionals have years of project management experience, ensuring that your timelines and budget are met.

Having Radcom consultants at your location can save you the cost and effort of recruiting, hiring, and training additional staff. Radcom consultants are able to quickly adopt your corporate culture and become members of your team.

In addition to placing consultants onsite at Philips, consultants working at Radcom’s home office have created documentation for Philips. This combination of onsite staffing and Radcom consultants working from our location has been good for Philips.

“Using Radcom to supplement our staff has enabled us to meet all our deliverable goals and allow the product development teams to release their products as soon as development is completed” Verbiar said.
